EYLAM KESHET

Eylam

Born in Israel on 1992. He completed his B.Mus degree at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music (Tel-Aviv University) in 2015, instructed by Professor Asaf Zohar. Recently he completed his M.Mus degree at Yale School of Music, instructed by Professor Hung-Kuan Chen. He is currently studying under the guidance of Prof. Claudio Martinez Mehner in Basel Music Academy.


Eylam is a Naxos recording artist - In June 2016, Eylam recorded a CD of Scarlatti Sonatas with the Naxos label through a collaborative project of Yale School of Music and Naxos. He participates in prestigious festivals around the world such as Ravinia's Steans Music Institute in Ravinia Festival 2015-2016.


He is regularly awarded scholarships for excellence in piano from the America Israel Cultural Foundation (2008 to 2017), from the Buchmann-Heiman Foundation in 2009 and from Zfunot Tarbut Foundation. Won 1st prizes at leading national piano competitions in Israel.


Participated in numerous master-classes given by: Professor Leon Fleisher, Professor Arie Vardi, Maestro Murray Perahia, Professor Boris Berman, Professor Dmitri Bashkirov, Maestro Alon Goldstein, Maestro Rudolph Buchbinder, Maestro Andras Schiff, Professor Tatiana Zelickman, Professor Yoheved Kaplinsky and Professor Sergey Babayan.


Eylam is playing with the leading symphony orchestras in Israel such as Haifa Symphony Orchestra, Rishon LeZion Symphony Orchestra and Ashdod Symphony Orchestra. He also participated in various musical events such as live broadcast concerts in the Targ Center, Ein-Karem, David Goldman program for excellent pianists and the Israel-Germany Musical Encounters Project (Jerusalem Music Center).
